Kenji Shimaza is a member of Gods Hand Cult. He was first seen in chapter 22 where he is portrayed as a guy who rarely speaks. He is tasked with killing Alex Rider and almost did until he was killed by having his skull crushed between two blocks of ice by Ricky Carver for his failures.
